Pickleball Scoreboard
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the United States, blending elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis on a 13.4 × 6.1 m court. Two singles players or doubles pairs use solid paddles to play a perforated plastic ball over a 0.86 m net. The combination of a low net, a non-volley zone ("the kitchen") and underhand serves makes the sport accessible to all ages. The Wikipedia pickleball article walks through the rules; the governing body is USA Pickleball.
Scoreboard Setup
This preset configures games to 11 points with must-win-by-2 enabled and a best-of-3 format - the standard for recreational play and most USA Pickleball tournaments. Set points-to-win to 15 or 21 for medal-round matches at major events. For pro PPA Tour rally scoring (introduced in 2023), set points-to-win to 21 and disable must-win-by-2 for sudden-death endings.

Run the Board From the Admin Preview
The admin page shows a live preview of the match scoreboard with click controls baked in, so a full match can be scored from the preview alone:
Anything that reacts to a click brightens on hover, so the interactive zones stand out. Press the Full Screen button on the admin page to hide every panel except the board itself. A small floating toolbar stays pinned at the bottom of the screen with a fullscreen toggle marked F11, zoom out, a reset-zoom button showing the current percentage and the Ctrl -/+ hint, zoom in, and a close button. The same laptop now doubles as the venue display while the operator keeps driving the match through the preview clicks. The site logo at the top left always links back to the home page, so you can jump between tournament, standings or leaderboard tools without losing your place.
FAQ
Can I run rally scoring instead of side-out?
Yes. Disable must-win-by-2 if your league uses sudden-death endings, and set points-to-win to 21 for PPA / MLP rally-scored format. For traditional side-out scoring, leave the defaults.
Does the server indicator switch automatically?
It alternates on each point so you always know who serves next. Flip it manually if your sport switches at custom intervals, especially in doubles where the second-server rule applies.
Can I use it for doubles?
Yes. Enter both pairs in the player fields. The board tracks the team score; the second-server rotation is handled by the players on the court.
